DividendGuide is a portfolio and dividend tracking tool for PSX users. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account data: email address and any profile details you choose to provide
• Authentication data: passwords are stored in hashed form (not plaintext)
• Portfolio data: holdings you add (e.g., symbol, broker, quantity, purchase price)
• Session data: session tokens/cookies used to keep you signed in

How we use information

• Provide and maintain the service (login, dashboard, and tools)
• Secure accounts and prevent abuse
• Respond to support requests

What we don’t do

• We do not sell your personal data
• We do not store your brokerage password

Data retention

We retain account and portfolio data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your data where feasible, subject to legal and operational requirements.
